John and Rose are both trained chefs with experience in international hotels, restaurants, catering companies and private clubs. Over the past 6 years they have both been involved in training chefs and hospitality students at Institutes of Technology in New Zealand.

We have decided to put our skills towards our own catering business and can offer a range of menus and services for different food markets and private catering. Also having had the experience of running large kitchens and in training, another area where our skills could be of use to you is in consultancy. We can help with menu design, menu costing, recipe development, and provide general advice to owners of catering businesses.


To facilitate our mobile catering business we have designed and had built a professional mobile kitchen in a trailer unit which is fully self- sufficient with a generator and bottled gas to run the commercial cooking equipment. We are also equipped to cater under our canopy if the mobile kitchen doesn’t suit the venue. Having traveled extensively we have developed a taste for many international cuisines and so offer a range of menus to reflect this. Rather than having an endless list of menus available we prefer to design a menu around your specific requirements.
